Healthy Living Family Practice, PA is a nurse practitioner owned and operated medical practice located in the historical district of Raymond, NH. We are conveniently located near Route 101 Exit 4 and Exit 5 between Manchester and Portsmouth, NH. The office provides Commercial Driving License (CDL) and operator DOT physicals for truckers, bus drivers, limo drivers, and others requiring a medical examination for renewal of their various driving licenses.

Linda Rajchel, founder of Healthy Living Family Practice, is board certified in family practice having received her MSN from the University of New Hampshire Graduate School, Durham, NH in 2004. Linda’s undergraduate studies were at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Linda has over 40 years of clinical experience at metro-Boston and local hospitals, providing health care services in emergency and medical/surgical departments as well as outpatient surgical and endoscopy units.
