Effective 2014, your D.O.T. medical exam will have to be with a CERTIFIED Medical Examiner? This means that your current provider may not be able to issue your medical certificate for CDL License renewal. Our providers are certified medical examiners that are qualified to issue your medical certificate.

DOT Exam Tips

If you have: Glasses, diabetes, heart conditions, high blood pressure or, if you take any prescription medications:

• Please bring a list of prescriptions and over-the-counter medications (including the dosage and the frequency).
  
• Please bring the name, address, and phone number of your prescribing health care providers and your local pharmacy.
  
• If you own or wear glasses or contacts, please bring them with you.
